Terms and Policy Agreement.


Suntechnologies reserves the right to change prices of services and products at any time. All sales are final. All orders over $100.00 are to be prepaid. Service liability, and warrantees are limited to the fees you have paid for the labor service-giving rise to the claim. Suntechnologies or it’s representatives shall not be liable for the delay of use, loss of time, inconvenience, labor or "back charges", loss of business, loss of income, cost of capital, general sales, use of facilities or services, down time or any other incidental or consequential damages mentioned or not mentioned in these terms. Suntechnolgies holds no liabilitie for content, reliability, functionality of the website or services provided.Artistic content patents, copyrights and ownership is the sole responsibility of the customer. Suntechnologies reserves the right to remove content from display or use in the event that it violates any state, local, or federal law without consultation or consequence.

Customer is responsible for legal fees incurred in collection of unpaid debts. If billing is agreed to by Suntechnologies in writting only. Payment of services must be received no less than 15 days from date of project completion. Late payments will be penalized a 1.5% late fee monthly. Stop payment on checks or contested credit card billing will be considered “theft of services” and will be punishable by no less than three times the value of the charges.
